Time magazine releases 'Top 100 Most Influential in World' list

There were some sure things and some surprises when Time magazine released its list of 2009 Top 100 Most Influential People in the World this week.President Barack Obama made the cut, as expected.But so did Ponzi schemer Bernard Madoff, actor Zac Efron and the founders of Twitter.The annual list of the top 100 influential figures has the other expected names like Michelle Obama, U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and radio host Rush Limbaugh.
